SR 95 Sales and Use Tax; net proceeds; educational purposes; county school system; independent school systems; provide for distribution-CA

Voted on Tuesday March 14, 2017

Michael Caldwell's thoughts

This is a constitutional amendment that matches HR 394 from last year that I voted yes on. I shanked that vote - After new research this year, I better understand the issue and went 'no' - it would take cities' school districts ability to negotiate with counties school districts in e-splost percentage splits.
