SB 16 Low THC Oil; definition; provisions relating to conditions eligible for use; change

Voted on Tuesday March 28, 2017

Michael Caldwell's thoughts

This represents the compromise between the House and Senate on the medical cannabis oil legislation for 2017.
This maintains 5% THC level.
This adds 6 of the 8 conditions the House had moved forward.
It also adds a reciprocity agreement for individuals with registration cards in other states. (good for 45 days)
This cuts physician reporting from quarterly to semiannually.
It eliminates the 12mo residency requirement currently required.
