HB 732 Crimes and offenses; trafficking an individual for sexual servitude; provisions

Voted on Friday February 23, 2018

Michael Caldwell's thoughts

This would expand the definition of sex trafficking to include those who solicit or patronize explicit conduct from a sex trafficking victim. This is targeting the demand side of sex trafficking.
