This would allow the children of military parents living on base in Georgia to be enrolled in any school within the district that they live. As base realignment and closure starts to return to the federal government, Georgia's bases may be on the chopping block. Sister states are providing this advantage for their military families- we need to in order to maintain competitive advantage for our bases.
