Friends and Family,

Today I am excited to officially announce my candidacy for the 20th District of the Georgia State House of Representatives in the 2012 election cycle.

We saw immense support for our message of Local Control, Accountability and Transparency in 2010. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to once again campaign with this message in the upcoming election!

In 2010, our campaign set an example of transparency and accountability for other state campaigns. This election, our campaign will not accept any donations from lobbyists or from out of state entities. Additionally, all unused monetary contributions will be returned to donors at the end of the election cycle.

Our funding will originate solely from Georgia Citizens and Georgia Businesses, and I see no reason an honest campaign for the Georgia State House of Representatives should be run in any other manner. Moving forward, I will personally endeavor to conduct the most honest, transparent and responsible political campaign in the State of Georgia, as I believe we accomplished in the last election year.

We are already seeing a massive increase in the amount of support we are receiving from both the establishment and the grass roots. I look forward to sharing a message of Honesty and Accountability with all who will listen and eventually with all those under the Gold Dome.
